X-TREME ALL WEATHER WOOD SEALER is a high-solids oil base sealer that gives wood a rich, beautiful semi-transparent look. It is a wet on wet coating that will last for years.
NANO PARTICLE TECHNOLOGY
We continue with cutting-edge Nano- Particle technology; an ultra-fine particle developed by scientists from around the world. The particles are so fine that approximately 3000 will fit on the cross section of a hair. This super tight, layered shield gives unsurpassed protection against abrasion, UV light and moisture, which was not obtainable to this degree prior to Nano Particle technology. We have also incorporated anti-microbial nano-particles to help fight bacteria. Colors will also remain more vibrant, longer than ever before.
SUN-SEAL SUNSCREEN
We incorporate special ultra violet absorbers to help retard premature graying of wood. Along with ultra violet stabilizers, we use special pigments and other proprietary additives to help block out any other ultra violet light that may penetrate through to the surface.
CITRONELLA OIL Citronella oil is a naturally occurring organic substance obtained from leaves of Asiatic lemon oil grass. Commonly used as a natural mosquito repellent, X-TREME ALL WEATHER WOOD SEALER with citronella oil may help keep those pesky insects away when properly applied to your project.
NO GNAW is a natural pepper additive that helps prevent animals from chewing on wood. No Gnaw discourages bees, bugs, spiders and birds and may also help discourage some types of mold growth to help keep the sealer looking new longer - naturally.
A rodent's front teeth never stop growing -- if they didn't constantly gnaw on wood and other items to wear them down, they would grow right down through their lower jaws!
NATURAL & SYNTHETIC OILS
A blend of Supreme linseed oil and synthetic oils allows for good penetration of the wood and still gives a surface build for greater protection of the substrate.
DUPONT PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) is used to both repel water and help protect against weather erosion.
WATER REPELLENT
Other so-called water repellent wood sealers can't match the water beading qualities of our sealer. Along with the oils and PTFE, you get superior water protection. While most others last for a very short time, ours beads like nothing you've seen before. In order to help stabilize wood, you must keep out moisture.
